Backpacks Full of Hope: Bright Smiles in Ambalavayal

On 28 June 2026, GramInn brought smiles and encouragement to the tribal settlements of Ambalavayal by distributing school kits to students attending the local Padanamuri learning centre.

The programme began with a warm welcome by social activist Ms. Ammini, who spoke about the educational needs of children in the tribal community and emphasized the importance of ensuring every child has the opportunity to learn and grow. Following her address, Ms. Reena Varghese, Director of GramInn, encouraged the students to pursue their education with confidence and determination, reaffirming GramInn’s commitment to supporting their learning journey. Ms. Biju Thomas, Field Coordinator, and Ms. Aleena T. J., GramInn volunteer, also shared inspiring words with the children.

The event concluded with the distribution of school kits, filling the children with excitement and joyful smiles. Their enthusiasm was a heartwarming reminder that simple acts of support can make a meaningful difference.

At GramInn, we believe that every school kit is more than a bag of supplies—it is a step toward brighter futures and stronger communities.
